Favorite Cereal?
Waffles. (Sorry, but the answer to any breakfast-related question is waffles. Always waffles.)
Married…
27 years to my wife, Monica. Best 27 years of my life! (She claims those 27 years contain the best 15 years of her life. Not sure how to take that. No, I’m sure. 😁 )
Kids…
Five! Shaffer, Søren, Davin, Given, and Jude.
Favorite Book?
The Road by Cormac McCarthy. It’s a father/son post-apocalyptic survival story. Read at your own risk. It’s bleak and heavy, but incredibly beautiful. Kinda like life.
Favorite movie?
Don’t get me started! Terrence Malick’s experimental visual tone poem The Tree of Life. The Coen’s Oscar-winning adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s novel, No Country For Old Men. Both wrestle in their own way with life’s existential questions. (I’m fun at parties, honest!) For something a little lighter, Wes Anderson’s delightful, Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Beach or Mountains?
I think you misspelled “Bookstore or Movies.” Both!
Would you rather be forced to dance every time you hear music or be forced to passionately sing along to every song you heard?
So, basically, which way would I rather psychologically scar innocent bystanders? I think people’s lives are already hard enough.
