Chef Andi Cagle will guide you through each step of preparing Asian stir-fry with chicken, shrimp or tofu, and some vegetables and rice with your choice of a coconut curry or sweet sesame sauce. Of course, we'll also have a tasty dessert for you to enjoy, too!
Plus, saxophonist Frank Bumpass will be setting the tone for the evening with some saucy jazz!
Flirt while doing some of the prep work, be playful while preparing your dinner, enjoy each other’s company while eating your creation and appreciate the moments of cleaning up afterward. Our educators will give you tips to keep the intimacy from the evening alive in your marriage long after the meal is done! Plus, you'll go home with your very own set of aprons, a romantic recipe book and a few more surprises.
With 22 years of culinary and catering experience, Chef Andi Cagle is the Owner & Executive Chef at Kozy Cooking Catering Company and Kozy Bistro in Chattanooga. She graduated with honors from the Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, GA, and she is the President of the Chattanooga Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Chef Andi has been a 2015 World Food Championship Finalist and culinary instructor at the collegiate level, and she has served as the Executive Chef for the Ambassador's Ball and for President Obama's 2013 Inauguration. She and her husband, James, have been together for 12 years, and she is excited to share her passion with you on August 30!
