In order to be successful at anything whether it be your career, a hobby or your marriage you must be committed. It is your commitment to the things that are important to you that help you persevere when things become difficult and you feel like throwing in the towel. Being committed to you marriage - working through problems and sticking in there when times are tough – can have lifelong benefits.
This campaign, consisting of 4 commercials, was developed to help couples identify what commitment means by associating a person’s commitment to a hobby and their commitment to their marriage. The spots end with a directive to the audience to commit to their marriage … “till death do us part.”

The Heart of Marriage 30 second
In every marriage there are good times and bad times. The key to having a long lasting marriage is to not get caught up in the little moments and look at the big picture. This commercial is designed to encourage and affirm couples as they watch one couple deal with the ups and downs of marriage and family through the years and say to each other: “I’d do it all over again, as long as it was with you.” The announcer says to the audience: “commitment – the heart of marriage,” before directing them to your organization for additional information.

Bad Move 30 second
“Bad Move” educates young couples about the dangers of living together before marriage. It shows a 20-something couple looking at the prospect of living together from very different angles. “Bad Move” is designed to discourage couples from living together. It ends with the tag, “Living together, it’s just a bad move” and directs individuals to your organization.
