Summer Family FunLearn More
Pack up your chairs, blankets and picnic baskets. And get ready to watch a movie under the stars!
Movies in the Park returns to Coolidge Park each Saturday in the month of July beginning July 8. We encourage you to gather your family and spend quality time together while watching a family-friendly box office hit on a giant movie screen.
July 8: Trolls – This musical 3D-animated movie follows the journey of Poppy, the happiest Troll ever born, and the angriest Troll, Branch, as they attempt to rescue their village from the invading Bergens, creatures who eat Trolls!
July 15: Beauty and the Beast – A 1991 Disney classic! Belle, a young woman whose father has been imprisoned by a terrifying beast, offers herself in his place. She has no clue that her captor is actually a prince under a magic spell that can only be broken by true love’s kiss.
July 22: Finding Dory – Dory is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every 10 seconds or so. The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child. With help from her friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them. Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species. Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mom and dad from captivity.
July 29: Kung Fu Panda 3 – Living large and loving life, Po realizes that he has a lot to learn if he’s going to fulfill the next challenge from his beloved instructor. After reuniting with his long-lost father, Po must transition from student to teacher and train a group of fun-loving, clumsy pandas to become martial-arts fighters. Together, the kung-fu brethren unite to take on the evil Kai, a supernatural warrior who becomes stronger with each battle.
